Service terms.
Clear expectations for mobile detailing appointments.
These terms are a working business draft and should be reviewed by Texas counsel as online payment processing is activated.
Service authorization
By booking, you confirm that you own the vehicle or have permission to authorize work on it. You authorize ATX Mobile Detailing to perform the selected services at the provided location and to contact you about the appointment.
Payment and cancellation
During the initial rollout, cash-in-person bookings do not require a reservation deposit. Optional manual payment methods may be confirmed directly by staff. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may introduce a cancellation fee or reservation-deposit policy in a future version after it is clearly disclosed during booking.
Pricing and additional work
Listed prices are starting estimates based on the selected vehicle and service. The final total may change for additional requested work or conditions such as excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, oversized vehicles, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate booking details. Additional work will be itemized. When required, we will request approval before performing material added work.
Payment authorization
Cash-in-person, Venmo, Zelle, and Bitcoin are handled as manual payment methods during the initial rollout. Include the booking confirmation code when requested so staff can reconcile the payment. Bitcoin transfers are final and non-refundable due to their settlement method. Card and wallet payments may be processed through Stripe and can include estimated taxes and processing fees shown before checkout.
Vehicle condition and belongings
Please remove valuables and disclose fragile, damaged, modified, or sensitive areas before service. We may document vehicle condition before and after work. ATX Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, undisclosed defects, or belongings left in the vehicle, to the extent permitted by law.
Condition documentation and service records
We may record private before-and-after photos, completion notes, checklist confirmations, timestamps, and service-location details to document vehicle condition, work performed, access, and quality control. These operational records may be retained with the booking history and used to investigate questions, disputes, safety concerns, or warranty requests.
Access, safety, and weather
You are responsible for lawful access to the vehicle and a reasonably safe service area. We may reschedule, decline, or stop work because of weather, unsafe conditions, lack of access, or conditions outside the booked scope.
Scope adjustments and client approval
If the booked scope does not reasonably match the vehicle condition or requested result, we may recommend added work, revise the quote, or decline work outside the agreed scope. Added work and condition-based fees should be itemized and reviewed by the office before the final balance is settled. This includes extras requested onsite by the customer as well as conditions discovered during service, such as excessive dirtiness, pet hair, stains, or odors. Minor judgment calls that are reasonably necessary to complete the authorized service may be documented in the completion notes.
Photos and privacy
Operational photos may be taken privately to document vehicle condition and completed work. Public marketing use is optional and requires the separate photo release checkbox during booking. Personal information will not intentionally be included in marketing posts.
Limits
Nothing in these terms waives rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived. Any concern should be reported promptly so ATX Mobile Detailing has a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address it.
